Folks travel from around the world and around the country for the incredible variety of things to do in the Hilton Head Island area and the Lowcountry. But when you call this area home, it's all yours. There's no rush, no plane to catch, no rental home to vacate. So take your time and enjoy all the wonders from the beaches to the historic plantations, from the celebrated cities and towns to the nature preserves. They are all close at... more hand. Blueways and Greenways are the heart and soul of Hampton Lake. But when you live smack dab in the middle of one of the world's top golf destinations, fairways rank pretty high on plenty of folk's list of things to do. So, though we chose a lake for the whole family to enjoy instead of building a golf course, we understand the passion to play. That's why we have equity golf memberships available right next door at the Hampton Hall and Berkeley Hall Clubs. They have a beautiful, 18-hole Pete Dye championship course that we never tire of playing. And we can vouch for its quality. Hampton Hall is one of several private golf communities we have built in the Lowcountry. But with dozens of championship-level courses within a 20 minute drive, even without a home course, you'll never run out of places to play or golfing companions.
